Terms of service
These terms govern use of hosted Vlnry. You remain responsible for every target you authorize, every credential you connect, and the decisions you make from a report.

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using hosted Vlnry, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
3. Account security
You are responsible for account activity, accurate information, secure authentication, team membership, repository installations, target test accounts, and prompt revocation of access that is no longer needed.
4. Customer-funded model access
Production inference uses your provider or gateway credential. You are responsible for provider terms, access, usage charges, quotas, and model availability. Compatibility and lifecycle labels are evidence states, not a promise that a third-party model will remain available.
5. Plans and billing
Plan charges cover Vlnry entitlements and do not include third-party model usage. Published caps apply before work is queued. Subscriptions, invoices, credits, cancellation, and refunds follow the checkout terms shown at purchase.
6. Reports and security decisions
Reports describe evidence observed in a particular authorized run. They do not guarantee that an application is vulnerability-free, satisfy every compliance requirement, or replace professional judgment and defense in depth.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, change, deprecate, or discontinue service features and model-catalog entries. We do not silently change the family or exact model snapshot inside an existing run.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for unlawful testing, abuse, non-payment, material security risk, or breach of these terms. You may cancel and request deletion through the product controls.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and the limitations shown at purchase. You remain responsible for backups, testing authorization, remediation decisions, provider charges, and safe handling of exported exploit evidence.
10. Changes and contact
We will publish material changes with an updated date and provide any notice required by law. Use authenticated support for contractual or service questions.
